Ultra-Low Temperature (ULT) Cold Storage

A cascade system uses two or more separate refrigeration circuits with different refrigerants. The high-temperature circuit cools the condenser of the low-temperature circuit, allowing it to achieve much lower temperatures than a single-stage system.

We typically use high-density polyurethane (PU) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulated panels with a thickness of 150mm to 200mm to ensure maximum thermal efficiency and prevent heat ingress at such extreme temperatures.

While ULT systems are inherently energy-intensive, our designs focus on efficiency. We use high-performance compressors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and superior insulation to minimize long-term operational costs.
